Consider the type of skin that you have:

The kind of skin polish that you use will depend on you skin type. This will make your skin more hydrated and will reduce the amount of acne and rashes. For dry skin, any polish that has brown sugar as a base is best as it has hydrating and moisturising properties.

Look forgeranium, sandalwood and rose aroma oils as they have anti bacterial agents that will help your skin heal. Those who have sensitive skin should use soothing and gentle polishes, that contain shea butter, lavender aroma oils or chamomile as they have a calming effect on the skin.

Polishes that contain sea salts are ideal for oily skin as it exfoliates while killing the acne causing bacteria; look for polishes that contain potassium, sodium, calcium and chloride as they add glow making the skin look healthy. Sugar, nut shells, coffee grounds and rice bran are perfect for normal skin; they can also be combined with massage oils like grape seed, avocado and sesame.
