After using the same shampoo for a considerable period of time, it stops working. This sounds like the truth. But the fact is , this is a myth! Grey hair should not be plucked
Plucking gray hairs will not make more of its counterparts turn white as this only a ridiculous hair myth . But plucking the hair indeed tends to irritate the follicle.
Shampooing must be repeated twice in a single wash
Shampooing only once is perfectly alright . You do not need to repeat. The truth is it is better if you do not repeat it. If you ask a stylist, they will tell that shampooing once is good thing for your hair ,and you do not need to repeat it.
Combing from top to bottom
Combing is a great way for detangling the hair, and it should be detangled frequently to keep it healthy and protected. But this is not entirely true. Combing hair from top to bottom can cause a lot of breakage particularly if is wet! Comb from the tips, then proceed upwards.
Sunlight helps in lightening the hair

Hair must be kept open while sleeping
Here’s an old myth that says if you sleep with your hair down, it lets your scalp breathe, making it easier for your hair to grow. This is simply silly! In fact, sleeping with your hair down can cause tangles, and the oils from your hair can give you acne if your skin is sensitive, especially if you use hair products. It is better to twist your hair up in a loose clip .
