Are you really tired of the regular stress in office? Aren’t you getting time to take care of yourself? Do you always feel tired and stressed out? Then you probably need to do something about yourself. Here are some useful tips on how to transform your tired skin into healthy looking glowing skin.

Go for a facial or a massage

Massaging your skin in round and circulation motions helps good blood circulation in the skin. Try out the simple massage tips at home by yourself. First close your eyes. Then slowly sit comfortably and put your palms over your face. Relax and breathe in and out deeply. You would feel much better. Slowly use your finger tips to massage your face in circular motions.

You can do that with naked hands or with a good skin cream. Slowly massage in and out with your fingertips. Trace your fingers through your temples, jaw lines, eye brows, chin and face. Try and repeat this for some time. It creates wonders on your skin.

Exfoliate your skin

Try and exfoliate your skin once in a week. Try massaging your skin with walnut peels, almond peels or just orange peels. Salt and sugar can also do the magic. You can also try out with some oats.

The dead cells on the outer layer of the skin will be removed and you will have smooth and glowing, fresh feeling skin.

Make up

If you have just come back from work, it is obvious that you may look tired. Try perking up your mood, always keep a smile and put on some light make up that will do the magic.

Try putting some blush on your cheeks and chin, some eye shadow and some light lip stick. This will create a shimmering and a fresh effect on your skin.

Facial masks

Facial masks are also a great way to hydrate your skin. Try out masks like tomato, cucumber or potato masks. Some fresh curd out of the fridge can create wonders on tired skin. It also helps remove all the dark circles and black rings beneath the eyes.

Wrap it up with an astringent that would help to bring that firm look and glow to your skin.
