Presently I am growing my hair out to be super long. I have recently had super short hair. Anyways, my hair length is about to the bottom of my ears. And I want surfer girl look. Is it possible from me to have that or just not possible until I have longer hair. If there is anyway please share it with me. How do I get surfer girl hair when it is short?
