I want to know what natural sterol capsules used for is. I have seen its website but I was not able to understand anything out there. The language written on the websites were so complicated that till the time I understand anything it becomes weirder. I just got to know that it is a weight gain supplement which is taken with some kind of special exercise, but donât know anything else about it. anyone who knows about this please tell me.
