Hi, I want to know that for how long I can wear my regular tampons on the 2 and the 3 day of my period. As these days are the heaviest day of the flow I want to know that after how much time I need to change it in school. It will be really nice if anyone can tell me that what kind of panti will be best with it? can I change it at school during lunch or some other time?
