I have medium length hair and it is white blonde in color. I am looking for some great ideas to darken them, to compliment my skin tone, and personality. My best friend has advised me to make my hair platinum blonde, as it would look stunning for my personality. I want to know from an expert if Iâll need to bleach my blonde hair before I get them toned into platinum blonde hair. I am 16 years old, and I thought it to be wise to get some assistance from some hair color expert before actually getting my hair colored. I would be extremely thankful to you guys for an appropriate advice.
