I am only 17 so I don’t need anything anti wrinkle I just like to apply some form of moisturizer to my eyelid before I apply makeup so I want to know that what is the best eye cream that I can go for and what else can I use so that the mascara and eyeliner do not fade or smudge with each otherâ¦..
