I went to this hair shop downtown and I intend to get a refund from them but before that I want to be absolutely sure that I have a right to do so and can take any means to get the refund, can you help me with my issue? I am not happy with the look they have given to me. Although I asked for it but I was expecting something better that they couldnât achieve. I am extremely disappointed with them. Is a hair shop bound to refund to me if I am not happy with it? What should I do about my problem? What do you advise?
