it has been so long and yet my hair seems to grow so slowly.i have applied all the neccessary materials that i could lay my hands on but still it is not growing as i want it to grow .it is really confusing because if i am using shampoo,conditioners and oil in my hair yet it is taking time.what is the growth rate of hair that takes place in a month?and also that till what inch does hair grow over a month and also what specifically heps in the growth rate of hair making them strong and healthy and prevent from breaking off easily.
