I have bought Evian mineral water spray for setting make up, but many has told me that its just a rip-off and nothing but regular water in a spray bottle. But before purchasing it when I saw reviews it says that you can use it to set make up and some reviewers have said that it has given their skin a glow. I want to know shall I really use it or not as I am very much confused and I think few suggestions can help me out.
