My mom didnât want me to use bleach on my hair because that would have damaged my hair and skin, but now I am 16 and I think I can get my hair colored now. I have dull colored blonde hair, and I am looking for blonde hair highlights actually. A few days ago, my boyfriend told me that caramel highlights would look great on my face, as my eyes color is hazel. I want to know if it is all right to get highlighted hair at 16, and it wonât damage my silky soft hair. I would also like to know some options other than caramel for blonde hair highlights. Thanks.
