I am teenager girl. I have heard about certain eyeshadow and eyeliners colors or shades that help in enhancing your eye colors and hair colors. I have a naturally blonde hair and light blue eyes. My eyelashes are brown and eyebrows are dark blonde. What are some best colors for eyelashes that would compliment naturally blonde hair with light blue eyes?
