I have just turned 16 and I got this a medium scene haircut done for the upcoming prom party where apparently all my batch mates would be present. I am looking for a perfect hair color for myself, as I have dull brown hair color naturally, and I would really like to get some Celebrity hair color to my brand new hairstyle, to match up with my warm skin tone. I am planning to wear a short dress in electric blue color, and since I would not be using any pins or clips to bind my hair, therefore, I would like to know from some hair expert about the trendiest celebrity hair color that would be age appropriate for me.
