My hair is fine and straight, and I wish to know if I should go for side-angled layers in bob cut to make my hair look fuller, and most importantly cute on me. I am 21 years old, and I want to confirm whether medium length bob haircut would suit me better than short length bob, as I am not able to decide for myself.
