I am in my early 20s and yet the hair fall problem seems to bother me in spite of healthy lifestyle. I have recently started taking vitamin B2 capsules for hair re growth, but didnât seem to help me in reducing hair fall. I have heard a lot about biotin as well, but I havenât started with it, because my mom has advised me to include vitamin E supplement as well. I really want to know from some expert, which are the best vitamins for hair, so that I can at least avoid eating many supplements. Moreover, if I start taking biotin, would I not be required to take any other vitamin supplements? Please advice appropriately! Thanks.
