I have medium length white blonde hair, and I am looking for some great ideas to darken them, to compliment my skin tone, and personality. My boyfriend has advised me to make my hair platinum blonde, as it would look stunning for my personality. I want to know from an expert if Iâll need to bleach my hair before getting them toned into platinum blonde hair.
