I have recently been diagnosed with spondylitis, and with a couple of exercises, the doctor has prescribed some supplements to me. The supplements actually include magnesium, calcium, vitamin A capsules, and some protein health drink. It is almost two weeks now, that I am following this prescription now, and I seem to be like getting bored of eating these supplements the entire day. Although according to him, it is no medicines, and there wonât be any side-effects if taken in moderate quantity. Nonetheless, yesterday I saw ionic-fizz calcium plus raspberry by Pure Essence, and after reading the ingredients in it, I could not stop myself from asking you guys whether I can start taking up ionic-fizz calcium plus instead of the five different supplements in a day! Can some health expert please advise me appropriately? Thanks.
