My hair is till my shoulder length and is very thick. I’m kind of very lazy with my hair and usually get it washed atleast once a month. When I go swimming I wear a hat but I know that it doesn’t stop our hair from getting wet so I have to wash it afterwards anyway but today my friend told that I should wash and condition the day before I’m due to swim as well as after swimming. Kindly guide me.
