my mother says that i am loosing my hair because the kind of food i have outside does not have essentially nutrition in it to provide my hair with the lustre and heaviness.and i admit that i have not been taking care of my hair as much as it should,so now that my summer break is starting i want to resume taking proper care of my nutrition intake so that it can then benefit my hair.what are the kind of foods that have the needed nutritions and vitamins that boost the growth of my hair and make my hair my mothers pride once again.
