Since the time i have been losing hair it has been my concern as to how will i grow my hair and make it grow again so that it can also proudly show them off like my sister and her friends do in front of me which i dont like.so now before knowing how to grow my hair .i want to know as to what is essentially hair made up of?so that i can work on the fundamental problem and have diets that are rich and will help my hair to grow and make them shiny,healthy and strong this time,i dont want to use chemical induced shampoos.
