i have nice bunch of straight black hair which looks nice when i shampoo and condition it.blowdrying gives my hair a good texture and makes it thicker then when my friend came to my house and asked me that since i had such nice black hair why dont i dye it with some blue hair dye.i said that i dont want to color my entire hair blue to which she said that i need only to color it blue from the fringes.what are the brands which can provide me a blue black dye and give it a shine?and how much time does it take to put a blue black dye?
