I am sixteen year old girl and I am learning to apply eye liner. Whenever I try to shape the liner, it always ends up looking sloppy and large, giving it the dramatic effect. I want to know that how can I apply the eye line in a way that it can look sexy, subtle and elegant? Please help me.
