I have seen many links online for Smokey eye but every link tell the way using a eye shadow base. I donât want to use any kind of base as it makes my eye cover look shiny and oily. Do anyone know how to Smokey eye makeup without using eye shadow base? i have tried MAC eye shadow base and did not find it appealing? So it will be very nice of you if you can tell me what shall be the changes that I need to keep in mind for doing eye makeup without using base?
