My friend is going on a party and she wants me to do a natural looking make up for her. As her eyes are small I want to know what are small eyes makeup tips that I should follow. I normally use primer on my eyes to make the base. Should I use it on small eyes or not? Shall I include concave as well while doing the make up? I donât want to make her eyes look big. I want to keep it natural and just want to highlight it little bit to give a sharp look. What shall be the color of the eye shadow as I think she is wearing something white and purple?
