I am fair in complexion and have small rounded face. But there is only one problem in my face that is my small eyes. I want my eyes to look bigger. It is very difficult because I don’t want to apply too much makeup on my eyes. I need tips only for naturally looking eye makeup. If anyone has such simple eye makeup tips please tell me.
