I really avoid wearing makeup but today I am going for dinner with my boyfriend and he has requested me to apply some makeup. I don’t want to wear a ton of makeup, just a little foundation, brown mascara, and a little bit of highlighter to make me look beautiful and different. I want some bright eye makeup. So is this sufficient for bright eye makeup or do I need to apply something else?
