Can you recommend a brow gel for me?

I have black hair and I am looking for a brow gel that will suit me. Can anyone recommend an eyebrow gel? why do so many people like gel liner? Can you recommend a gel liner for me? Also tell me that can I use Vaseline in place of brow gel?
