I am using permanent makeup colors on my lips and I want to know will this have any effect like fading or anything else. My friend told me that these permanent make up colors are made up of harsh chemicals which affect the skin in long run usage. I have also asked the manufacturer but I want to know the people who have ever tried these permanent makeup products. It will be really nice if anyone would like to share some tips with me.
