I am 12, and I have a fetish for nail paints! However, more than nail paints I like using sparkle topcoat over them to make my nails look sparkling. Nonetheless, it is wedding season this winter, and I would be attending quite a few weddings with my parents. I was a bit apprehensive of using regular black OPI nail polish to go with my LBD, and therefore, I am keen on getting some appropriate advice from some beauty expert whether which OPI nail polishes are in vogue these days to wear for weddings for a cool skin tone girl as me. Can you guys please advice?
