i comb my hair a lot so as to ensure that my hair does not end up have any split ends or knots like my other friends who according to me do not comb their hair so religiously as i do.but then when i comb my hair some part of my hair tends to fall which makes me really upset.Then when one of my mothers friend who is a doctor said that this hair falling may be due to the lack of vitamins needed for the hair to stay strong and healthy.what are the kinds of vitamins that need to be taken to stop my hair from breaking off?
