But getting the smokey eye look is a little difficult and requires practice. Otherwise, fairer skinned women will look sooty and dark skinned ladies will look muddy. So, check out these steps to have the perfect smokey eye look this winter.
1. Determine eye shadow
This year is about experimenting with unusual shades of eye shadows. So, for smokey eyes, determine the eye shadow that would complement your eye color and skin tone, Golden undertones, blue, dark green look sexy on women with brown or hazel eyes.
