I am 15 and I have noticed that even though I use the foundation in right amount as base, and then the cosmetics, but still my face doesnât look like glowing, the way we see models on tv shows! Moreover, my skin is dry, and I usually mix the moisturizer with the foundation to apply on my face, as advised by a friend, but it doesnât do any good. I have heard about makeup face primer, and I wanted to know from some professional makeup artist whether it can help anyways in hydrating my dry skin, and making the makeup look evenly smooth! In addition, for how much time does it let the makeup stay properly! Please advice aptly!
