Hi, I am 24 and recently i have been noticing the trend of using eye makeup primer for dong eye makeup. I am doing all the eye make up on my own and I never used ant kind of primer and I don’t think I have any need of using it. I want to know how important eye makeup primer is for doing eye makeup? What do you think it helps in? Which is the best primer according to you? When should I use it in case I am trying it for the first time?
