I have been thinking with the collaboration of my sister I will be opening a makeup parlor that has all the latest equipment’s for makeup. I have learnt to apply make up from my mother but nothing on a professional level .so before I think about opening a makeup parlor I need to know makeup techniques that will help me in setting up a parlor near our neighborhood, so that the residents don’t have to travel far in order to get a simple make up done. First of all I want to learn some eye makeup techniques. So can anyone help me in this? Knowing this would help me in taking up this impossible task.
