I want the best glossy range of matte nail polish for this autumn, could be of the expensive range, such bright glossy shades that I can carry on my fingernails and that can give pretty nails look. And the paint should be shrink resistant; ones that I use get a little goopy mess for the day long, so I need the ones which does not fade away and chip within the day itself. after all its matte so would like to be informed about the costs at all level but preferably the expensive ones.
