When I asked a shop owner to give me gel nails he handed over to me a packet of nails which were transparent in look and I also got one nail sticker. I was really surprised to see the packet as I was expecting a nail color. Now I want to know whether the shop man has handed me over this by mistake or it was mistake that I was expecting gel nail to be a nail color. Can you please tell me what I can do if I was in some mis understanding? Should I go back and return the packet?
