Whenever I try applying lipstick, it happens most of the time that some of the lipstick is smudged outside making the lipstick on my lips look disproportionate and uneven. I want them to be even and look like an artist has painted my lips. Then my friend said that if I was so interested in creating a perfect lip shape then I must use a lip liner. How do I apply a lip liner in order to secure an even line? Can lip liner be used as a substitute for lipsticks also? Please help.
