I have used Neutrogena eye makeup remover but it leaves the eyes oily and ii donât like the sticky feel which I get after using it. I want to know that how can I make the best eye makeup remover at home with the help of baby oil. I have heard that baby oil is really good for removing makeup as it does not contain harsh chemicals. Can anyone tell me about the different things that I can add to my baby oil for using it as eye makeup remover?
