I have extremely dull skin and I need to use a moisturizer every half an hour, when I am in ac. I usually wear eye liner and mascara for my eye makeup, and that is it, however, I was thinking of buying a few more products for eye makeup, when I came to know about eye primer. I have honestly never used it, and I donât know whether any of my friends use it or not. Nonetheless, I have seen my mom using primer for her face makeup. I would like to know from a beauty expert whether a face primer is equivalent to eye primer, and that even it could be used for eye makeup as well! Moreover, does it work the same way as the normal primer does for face makeup! Please advice aptly!
