My mother always says that whenever you apply make do not forget to apply makeup foundation as it is a base that will prevent your skin from harmful ultraviolet radiation or any kind of frost and air pollution. And says that choice of the correct foundation depends on how much one is ready to spend on the skin type and color. So I want to know that what is the correct way to apply makeup foundation that can act as a base to the actual make up? So that I know how to nurture my skin even while applying makeup foundation on it.
