Can I use Dimethylamine to reduce aging signs?

Dimethylamine is supposed to be good for the skin and for aging. I know that it is there in a lot of products, especially anti aging products. Can we apply Dimethylamine directly on the face? I have a very sensitive skin and would not do anything to harm it. I could break out into a rash at the speed of lightning. How would I know if I am allergic to it or not? I have never used skin products before but like everyone else I do not like aging signs.
