I have green eyes and I’m 13 years old. I want to make my eyes pop but I donât know what eye shadow color to use, and for that matter if I should wear eye shadow because my mom will only let me wear eye shadow and mascara or eyeliner and mascara. Which one should I use? Eyeliner or mascara and I’m not allowed to wear black because my mom said I look gothic.
