I am 15 year old girl and Iâm going to wear cat costumes in my school Halloween party. I will wear a dress that will cover my all body parts except my eyes. So I want to apply some makeup on my eyes. But I am confused that where to put eyeliner or eye shadow on the top & bottom of your eyes and they meet in the corner of your eye. What color should I use and all. So please help me.
