whenever i go out in the sun for some time my lips have the habit of getting chapped and dry and then i start getting restless when it is my lips .that start behaving in such an unusual maneer.since i have rosy pink lips ,i dont feel nice when they get chapped,so then my brother told me to use a trusted brand that even he uses.he gave me the name as Carmex.what is it in Carmex that would help in maintaining the moisture and softness of the lips?what is the proper way in which you apply Carmex so that i can get good results in the first go itself?
