my friend who just returned from her trip from paris has got a bag full of Liquid Foundation with her .she says that this will be a great help for us while we are doing make up and add fairness as well as soothing tone to our skin till now i have only used powdered foundation and have never been exposed to Liquid Foundation so it will be difficult for me to apply the Liquid Foundation when i go out . for that i need to know that what are the steps to apply the Liquid Foundation on my skin appropriately
