Organic makeup is completely natural. Organic beauty products are much better for your skin because they do not contain harmful chemicals. These are anti inflammatory and are water resistant. They not only have SPF protection, but also do not clog pores. They stay long on skin and are affordable enough. Proper selection of the makeup products is necessary but proper application of the products is even more important. Organic makeup should be applied carefully for the complete and the perfect look. The following are some of the tips for applying mineral organic makeup.
1. Blush
You can apply the blush with the help of a blush brush or a kabuki. Take a little amount of blush and put it into a small plate or some paper. Dip your blush brush into it until the powder gets into the brush hairs. Tap the bottom of the brush so that the minerals get evenly spread into the hair of the brush. Tap the brush so that excess blush gets nestled into the bristles. Start applying the blush by buffing on the face in a circular way. Buffing should be started from the jaw line in the inward and upward direction and then finally buff in the forehead, eyes and nose area. Then blend in well because blending is one of the most important part.
2. Bronzer
Bronzer is applied in the same way as the blush. Take a brush and dip in the bronzer. Then the brush is tapped to wipe out excess of bronzer. The application is same as the blusher but the difference is that it should be applied in small quantity on the forehead, nose, chin and the shoulders. It is applied by running the brush in circular motion. Blend the bronzer well so that there are no patches.
3. Eyeliner
Applying eyeliner is a difficult yet very important part of makeup. You can apply the eyeliner by dipping the eyeliner brush in water and then dipping it into the powder. The brush is then swirled on the back of your hand so that a creamy consistency is created. The liner is then applied to the eye. Other way of doing it is by mixing water with the minerals and then dipping the brush into the formed cream.
4. Eye shadow
The eye shadow can be used by brushing the shadow over your lids. It can also be applied by creasing the lids for the contouring effect by using the eye shadow brush. The eye shadow can be applied both ways, either wet or dry. For the wet effect mix the powder with a bit of water and then apply it on the eyelids. Some of the colors change slightly when wet so you can create two different looks using the same color. The eye shadow can be used as an eyeliner as well.
5. Foundations
Foundation is a very important part of makeup because it gives the makeup a smooth and consistent look. Foundations of organic makeup are very easy to use and safe as well. Tap small amount of foundation on some paper or a small plate. Tap the brush with the foundation and then start with outer edge of the face, starting with the jaw line. Using circular motion and buff the foundation into your skin by applying some pressure. Apply light layer, heavy layers will look too cakey until complete coverage is reached. Do not apply at the centre of the face else powder will get into your lines or creases. Liquid foundation can be used by applying some amount of moisturizer on the palm and then mixing the powder into it. It is extra smooth and gives extra coverage.
6. Other tips
It is easy to use the bronzer and the blush in the same way. Also the eye shadow can be applied in the same way as a liner using a wet thin brush. The organic makeup stays for the whole day and also looks quite natural. Makeup can be taken off easily. Removing is quite simple by applying moisturizer on pad or tips of fingers and then gently massaging into eyes. Take a warm wash cloth and wipe out easily. It not only cleans the makeup, but also feels great and pampered.
