Someone has told me l glutamine is really good for those who do regular exercise as the exercise done regularly makes your body low in glutamine level and causes stress. This in turns also increase the risk of infection. So I want to know as I am doing regular exercise how many times in a day I need to take it. How will this affect my exercise and my immune system?
