I read in a health magazine that red grapes contain natural resveratol, which not only helps in reducing weight, but also help in overcoming cardiovascular problems. Although, I do not intend to start on any weight loss pill as such, I want to confirm a few things from some health and lifestyle expert. Can somebody please tell me, which part of grapes contains resveratol, and in what quantity should I consume grapes to get the required amount of natural resveratol in my diet?
