1. Application of the foundation
The foundation is necessary for making the foundation even and also reducing the shadows of stage lights. A shade having similar color to the face should be chosen for the foundation. You can apply the entire coat of the foundation on the face including the neck, chin and around ears up to the hairlines. Use a small amount of powder for setting the foundation and blend carefully for getting the desired even composition.
2. Usage of the brush
The brush is used for defining and adding color to the face. A brush color having the natural color of the cheeks must be used. Apply the brush on the apples of the cheek while smiling. Sweep up out and down towards the hairline.

5. Application of mascara
Use two coats of black mascara on upper and lower lashes of the eyelids. The older dancers often wear false eyelashes. Young dancers can get their peer effects by curling the eyelashes by a curler and then applying several mascara coats.
6. Application of lipstick
Use a bright shaded red or any other preferred colored lipstick on the lower and upper lips. Blot carefully and softly by using a tissue.
